Spicy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
    1 large onion, diced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 hot yellow pepper, seeded and quartered
    1 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
    1 teaspoon ketchup
    1 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste)
    1/4 cup white wine
    1/4 cup water
    olive oil
Preparation
    In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the diced onions and saute until soft.
    Add the minced garlic to the onions and saute until the garlic is fragrant.
    Stir in all of the spices, water, wine and tomatoes and cook for several minutes.
    Add the sliced zucchini and peppers and cook until the zucchini is tender.
    Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
