Very Berry Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup strawberry preserves
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chops, brown on both sides.
Reduce heat to low.
In a small bowl stir together preserves, mustard and vinegar.
Pour sauce over pork shops.
Cover pan. Cook pork chops 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
To serve, spoon glaze over each chop.
Serves 4.
