Italian Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups fresh broccoli
    3 cups cooked turkey, diced
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup black olives, sliced
    1 cup sour cream
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon slivered fresh basil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Steam broccoli, 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
    Place turkey, broccoli, bell pepper and olives in a salad bowl.
    In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, vinegar, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over chicken and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
