1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 lime, zest of
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and simmer on the stove for a few minutes or until reduced and thickened slightly.
Cool to room temperature.
Serve over cake or fruit.
