Standby Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons real vermont maple syrup
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons vegetables or 2 tablespoons canola oil
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    coarse salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Whisk together the mustad, syrup, and vinegar. Slowly whisk in oils, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
