Herbed Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups minced onions
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
Preparation

Mix the first 11 ingredients.
Rub over the pork.
Put on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 400* for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, cover with foil and let set for 10 minutes.
Slice into servings.
