Jan'S - Diane'S Cream Cheese And Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1 (3 ounce) jar smoked beef

Preparation

Soften onions in sherry.
Warm cream cheese to room temperature.
Blend mayonaise and cream cheese well.
Add onions.
Chop beef and olives.
Add to mixture.
Chill and serve.
