Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    23 ounces tomato juice
    8 ounces ketchup
    1 lb shrimp
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 tablespoon onion, diced
    3/4 teaspoon horseradish
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 lemons, juice of or 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; chill thoroughly before serving.
    Serve over a bed of lettuce and garnish each srving with a large shrimp, if desired.
    Makes about 16 (4 oz) servings.
