Mustard Dill Bread - Bread Machine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Preparation

Place all ingredients into the bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Use basic white setting. Medium crust.
Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
