Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream or 1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced onions or 1 tablespoon scallion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in small bowl until well blended.
Add blue cheese, parsley, onion, and lemon juice; stir until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
