Sherry - Garlic Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup dry sherry
    1/2 cup canola oil
    4 cloves chopped garlic
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 tablespoon italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    10 ice cubes
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients except oil into a container, slowly add oil while whisking, microwave on HI for three minutes (or bring to a boil in a pan).
    Cool by adding ice cubes.
    Marinate 4 lbs of meat for 6-8 hours.
