Maple Buttermilk Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pound loaf
    1 cup water, plus
    1 tablespoon water
    1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    3 tablespoons maple syrup
    3 cups bread flour
    1/3 cup dry dry buttermilk
    1 tablespoon gluten
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 3/4 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 1/4 t. bread machine yeast)
    2 pound loaf
    1 3/8 cups water
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    1/4 cup maple syrup, plus
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    4 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup dry dry buttermilk
    1 tablespoon gluten, plus
    1 teaspoon gluten
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 1/4 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 3/4 t. bread machine yeast)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to the bread machine pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions.
    Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press start.
    When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack; let cool to room temperature before slicing.
