Durkee Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (18 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained and rinsed
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 cup Durkee's sauce
    2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 large hard-boiled egg, sliced
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch pepper
    parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with mayo, Durkee's, salt and pepper.
    Stir in celery and the chopped eggs.
    Garnish with sliced egg and parsley.
