Strawberry Foam - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
2 cups strawberries, mashed

Preparation

Cream butter thoroughly and add sugar gradually.
Fold in egg white and strawberries.
