1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
mix all ingredients until well blended.
using tablespoon, spoon and roll dough into balls and place on non stick cookie sheet.
flatten using a fork with criss cross pattern.
bake for 8 minutes.
let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
