Dalmatian Fried Anchovy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g fresh anchovies
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    300 ml oil
    1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
    Fresh anchovies put into flour. Let the flour cover all fish. Heat the oil in large frying pot and put anchovies into hot oil. Fry not more than 2 minutes. Remove fish with hollow spoon and put onto paper towel to soak fat form fish. Serve hot.
