Hanamaulu Cafe Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chicken
    Ingredients for Sauce
    1 piece of peeled fresh ginger, grated (1 inch thumb-sized)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon mirin (sake)
    1/2 teaspoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon oyster sauce
    Ingredients for Flour Mixture
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients for sauce.
    Cut slits in chicken and let chicken sit in sauce for one day.
    Roll in flour mixture and fry in oil until done.
