Baked Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken
    1 egg, slightly beaten with
    2 tablespoons water
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 dash paprika
    1 dash garlic powder
    1/4 lb butter or 1/4 lb margarine
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg mixture.
    Coat with bread crumbs seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
    Put in refrigrator for 1 hour, so coating will stick better.
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Place chicken skin side up in pan and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, turning once during bsking.
