Rodeo Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    3 cups raw potatoes, diced
    2 tablespoons shortening
    1 cup celery, sliced
    1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed golden mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup chili sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    pepper, generous dash
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef nin shortening with potatoes and celery, stir to separate meat.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir oftne.
