Grammy'S Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 eggs or 2 egg whites
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
onion soup mix

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients.
Mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
Bake for one hour to medium doneness.
