Pink Velvet (Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    In a small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir well to dissolve.
    Beat in Sour cream with a whisk.
    Pour into a mold and chill.
