Ingredients

3/4 cup Crisco
2 large eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
COOKIE FILLING
2 cups powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon milk
3/4 cup butter
1 cup marshmallow cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation

cream crisco. eggs, cocoa, 1 1/2 tsps vanilla and sugar.set aside.
In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt.add 1 1/2 cups milk to cocoa mixture alternating with dry ingredients.mix well after each addition until batter is smooth --
drop by tblsful on ungreased sheet.
bake at 400* for 7-8 minutes.
cool on rack.
FILLING:.
blend together remaining ingredients and spread on one side of a cookie and top with second cookie.
store in an airtight container.
