Broccoli With Dijon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup frozen broccoli florets
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon garlic-flavored olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Simmer broccoli, covered, in water for 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    While broccoli is cooking, stir together mustard, olive oil and vinegar.
    Stir in mustard sauce.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
