Sweet Bulgur Wheat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup Bulgar wheat
    1 1/3 cups soymilk
    cinnamon (to taste)
    sugar (to taste) or sugar substitute (to taste)
Preparation
    Put soy milk into pot. Heat until boiling.
    Once boiling add bulgur wheat, cover and reduce temperature to low. Let simmer for 15 minutes, or until liquid is almost absorbed.
    Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    serve.
