Braunschweiger Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces braunschweiger liver sausage
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
Pat mixture in a bowl lined with plastic wrap. Cover and chill.
Unmold and put round part up on a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with pumpernickel bread party slices.
