Zucchini Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pound loaf
3/4 cup nonfat milk
1 cup shredded zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 lemon, zest of
1 tablespoon gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 1/2 t. bread machine yeast)
2 pound loaf

1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 2/3 cups bread flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 lemon, zest of
1 tablespoon gluten, plus
1 teaspoon gluten
2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 3/4 t. bread machine yeast)
Preparation

Add all ingredients in the pan according to the order in manufacturer's directions.
Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.
When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from pan and place on a rack.
Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
