Slow Cooker Overnight Steel Cut Oats With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, cored and cut into bite sized chunks
    1 1/2 cups cashew milk
    1 1/2 cups water
    4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 tablespoon flax seed
Preparation
    Coat slow cooker with non-stick spray (I use coconut oil).
    Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
    Stir.
    Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
    Add garnish of your choice (ex. hemp hearts, nuts, berries, raisins, coconut, etc.).
    Freezes well.
