Glossy Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together.
Beat in the remaining ingredients.
Place bowl in larger bowl containing ice water and continue stirring until icing is thick enough to spread.
