Mj'S Migraine Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup white flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup demerara sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup rolled oats
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 ripe overripe banana, mashed
    1 egg
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F.
    MIX dry ingredients together.
    COMBINE banana, egg, buttermilk and oil.
    ADD banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring as little as possible, fold in chocolate chips.
    BAKE in greased muffin pan for 15 minutes.
