Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups strained pumpkin puree
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
    Mix pumpkin, sugars, orange peel, and spices in large bowl.
    Add evaporated milk and eggs. Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 425\u00b0F for fifteen minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0F degrees and bake for 45 minutes more.
    Variation: substitute allspice for nutmeg.
    Add 2 tablespoons of bourbon for bourbon pumpkin pie.
