Basil Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
    4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, basil, salt, and chili powder in a small bowl.
    Gradually stir in 1 tbsp oil until crumbly.
    Rub on both sides of the pork chops.
    Cook in remaining oil over medium heat in large skillet for about 7-8 minutes for each side.
