Steamed Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large beetroots
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
Preparation

Peel and chop beets into similar sizes.
Steam until they can be pierced with a fork.
Chop in to smaller pieces.
Add other ingerdients, toss.
