Low Fat Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup egg white
    1 (19 ounce) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Pre heat oven to 375.
    Spray muffin tins with PAM.
    Mix all ingreadients together.
    Fill 12 muffin tins (they will be quite full).
    Bake for 25 minutes.
