Baked Potato Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 russet potatoes, unpeeled (6-8 Oz Each)
    4 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
    TOPPINGS
    chopped green onion
    chopped bell pepper
    ranch dressing or ranch dip
    sour cream
    shredded cheese
    crumbled blue cheese
    crumbled crisp bacon
    salsa
    diced avocado
    diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Stab potatoes with fork.
    Coat potatoes with oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil; place in 5 to 6 qt slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    Serve with toppings.
