Round Steak Withtomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb round steak, cut into 8 pieces
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 cups water
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Brown steak in oil in dutch oven.
    Mix water, tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Pour over steak; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.
    Mix flour and water; stir into steak.
    Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
