Apple Drizzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tablespoon vanilla essence
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 (8 ounce) can pie apples
    1 cup flour
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add eggs 1 at a time. Add dry ingredience alternately with milk. pour into pie dish, add apple.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes After 25mins boil 1 carlton of cream, 1 cup of sugar 1/2 t vanulla essence.
    Pour over pudding while still hot.
    Serve with ice cream or cream -- .
