Clam & Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    8 ounces Italian sausage, chopped
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice
    1 (10 ounce) can baby clams
    garlic-flavored croutons
Preparation
    In a large sauce pan with oil, saute garlic, sausage and mushrooms.
    Stir in tomatoes, clam juice, and clams.
    Bring to a boil.
    Spoon into bowls; top with garlic croutons if desired.
