Quick Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sultanas or 2 cups mixed fruit
    250 g butter
    3 eggs
    8 ounces sugar or 1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon almond essence
    8 ounces flour or 2 cups flour
Preparation
    Put the 2 cups of sultanas in a pot and cover with water and boil for 5 minutes.
    Stir in the butter.
    Add the almond essence.
    Mix in a bowl:
    Beat the three eggs and large cup of sugar.
    Add Sultana mix and 2 large cups of flour and mix well.
    Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
