Cheesy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces frozen broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, diced
    4 ounces Velveeta cheese (I usually use more)
    1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Melt cheese and mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
