Pear Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups pears (pared, cored and diced, any variety)
    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 10-15 minutes or until pears are tender.
    Puree in blender and store in fridge or freezer.
