Warm Dill Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    3/4 teaspoon salt (or up to to 1 tsp salt)
    1/2 teaspoon dill seed
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
    In a large skillet, melt butter and stir in the flour, salt, dill, and pepper until blended.
    Gradually add milk.
    Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
    Remove from the heat.
    Stir in mayonnaise and onion.
    Add potatoes and toss gently to coat.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
