Eggless Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups whole milk
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients. Whisk together.
    Combine wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well, until no dry flour remains.
    Take care not to over mix.
    Cook to desired doneness in waffle iron. I cook on darkest setting.

    7/10/16- I recently tried to make them a little healthier. I used 1 1/2 c all purpose flour and 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour and it worked! The waffles still turned crispy as well as fluffy and not too dense! I also added about a 1/2 tsp cinnamon, just for kicks.
    You can also swap out the milk and water (3 cups combined) for any plant milk at an equal 3 cups.
