Cucumber Sour Cream Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ounces lemon Jell-O gelatin
    1/2 cup hot water
    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup cucumber, minced
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer.
    Add salt, lemon juice and cucumber. Place in a 9 x 9 pyrex dish and chill until firm.
