Brandy Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, separated
    3/4 cup caster sugar
    1/2 cup cream, whipped
    1/4 cup brandy
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff but not dry.
    Fold in sugar and lightly beaten egg yolk.
    Fold in cream, then brandy.
    Serve with your Christmas pudding.
