Kelly'S Kihei, Maui Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups soy sauce
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 fresh garlic cloves
    3 tablespoons fresh ginger
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    1 scallion
Preparation
    Grate ginger root, crush garlic, and dice scallion. Mix all ingredients together until sugar dissolves pretty well.
    Marinade your choice of meat (I use a ziplock bag) for at least 4 hours, but better overnight.
    Grill and enjoy! Serve \"local style\" with sticky rice and macaroni salad! Note: preparation time does not include marinating time!
