Chili Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb processed cheese, shredded (such as Velveeta)
    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    chili powder
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine the cheeses, pecans and garlic salt.
    Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    Shape into a ball.
    Coat completely with chili powder.
    Serve with crackers.
    This recipe will make 3 cups.
