Rosemary-Red Wine Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup dry red wine
    1 tablespoon kosher salt
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced (2 teaspoons)
    2 medium garlic cloves, minced (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)
    1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate. Can be stored up to 3 days in advance of use. Discard after use.
