Ingredients
    1/2 cup blanched almond flour
    1 egg
    2 ounces hard cheese, shredded at home
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    salt pepper and optional herbs or snips scallion top
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Insert large cupcake papers in muffin tin.
    Divide dough in half and fill cups.
    Bakr 20-25 minutes.
