Atkins Red Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb red cabbage, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
    1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, bombine cabbage and onion. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, tarragon, vinegar, and Splenda to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add dressing to cabbage and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
