Kandhe Ki Roti - Mummy'S Favourite Onion Paratha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, finely chopped
    2 big green chilies, finely chopped
    1/4 cup gram flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 -3 tablespoons oil, for kneading
    water, as required, for kneading the dough
    3 tablespoons oil, for cooking the parathas on either side
Preparation
    Knead the first nine ingredients together.
    Pinch off even-sized balls of the dough to make parathas.
    Use a rolling pin to roll out the parathas.
    Heat a griddle on the stove top.
    Cook the paratha on either side on the griddle.
    Transfer to a plate and serve hot with a cup of hot Indian chai (tea).
